Dr. Hamner contributes to the Flinders University “Open Door” initiative with extensive experience as a social science and health researcher, program development and evaluation consultant. His background includes conducting research on multi-cultural health and social issues and securing funding from agencies such as the Department of Defense and the Department of Veteran Affairs. Dr. Hamner’s expertise in research and evaluation strengthens Open Door’s capacity to investigate and address the wellbeing of veterans and their families.
